-Please allow at least 2 weeks notice so we can source the freshest, most beautiful blooms for your arrangements.
-Custom requests are not available for À La Carte orders. If you have specific ideas, please check out our Custom Event page or contact us directly.
--Changes or additions to your order must be made no later than 7 days prior to the pick-up date.
--Enjoy free pick-up at our studio Monday through Friday. Weekend pick-ups are available for an additional $200 and must be scheduled by appointment.
**Cancelation Policy: Orders canceled within the 2-week window are non-refundable. Refunds are available only for cancellations made 3+ weeks before the event date.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
