I called Middlemist to order; the young woman who answered was lovely at helping me through what I wanted within my price range and with the style influences I wanted based on what I saw on their site. I chose The Golden, but a smaller version in my price range for delivery. For the message, I was having trouble getting the words out without crying, so she said I could text it to her. Finally, I received a preview by email of the flowers!!! I’ve never seen that feature before and I love it! It’s hard not getting to see the flowers you paid for and sent to a loved one sometimes. Great experience, would recommend

30 September 2026I put in an order the night before and had it delivered by the next day. Blooms were beautiful (I chose the florist choice bouquet), and the recipient said it smelled like pumpkin spice. They loved it. I am not local, so was very grateful to have it go so smoothly, and particularly appreciated getting a picture of the bouquet so I would get to see it, too.
